Federico Gaxiola de la Lama:
Federico Gaxiola de la Lama is the Head Coach of the Mexican National Ski Team, a position he holds with high regard. A Level 100 certified coach, Federico possesses a deep understanding of the sport. His coaching philosophy emphasizes a secure approach to athlete development, focusing not only on raw speed and technical proficiency but also on cultivating well-rounded individuals with mental fortitude. He is committed to helping athletes develop a deep love for sport. Jeremie Lagier: Cultivating Champions
Jeremie Lagier, a seasoned French alpine skier with a distinguished career in slalom and giant slalom, brings his expertise and passion to the coaching realm. As a former member of the French National Ski Team, Jeremie understands the demands of high-level competition and the dedication required to reach peak performance. His coaching philosophy emphasizes a meticulous approach to technique, focusing on a strong foundation of fundamentals while encouraging individual expression and creativity on the slopes. Jeremie believes in fostering a supportive and formidable environment where athletes can push their limits, build confidence, and realize their true abilities.
Noa Duvillard: Natural Precision
Noa Duvillard grew up in a French Alpine ski racing family with a tradition of champions. She competed as a top junior racer and has spent years coaching junior and FIS-level athletes in France. She knows what the path to the top looks like because she has been on it.
Her coaching is direct. She connects well with athletes, holds them to a high standard, and understands both the mental and physical demands of competitive skiing.
In addition to ski coaching, Noa teaches Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and Yoga, practices she uses to develop body awareness, focus, and recovery in the athletes she works with.
